Touchstone Non-US ESG Equity A TEQAX

David Harris, comanager of Touchstone Non-US ESG Equity since 2015, will be leaving subadvisor Rockefeller Asset Management as of June 30, 2024. Michael Seo, who has been a named portfolio manager on this fund since December 2020, will become the fund's sole listed manager after Harris departs. Although he has been an official manager here for only a few years, Seo has been with Rockefeller since 1999 and was promoted to director of research in 2017. He has been involved with this strategy's portfolio decisions for much of the past decade, and has been this fund's day-to-day manager for the past several years. Harris' departure, while certainly a loss for Rockefeller, will not have a major effect on this fund and does not change the strategy's Average People rating.
