Analyst Note

Portfolio manager Jahiz Barlas stepped away as comanager of Lord Abbett Multi-Asset Income in late July 2026. Barlas will remain at Lord Abbett, transitioning to a role on the quantitative research team. Lead manager Giulio Martini, the strategy’s longest tenured manager, remains in place and continues to oversee the portfolio alongside senior investors Steven Rocco and Robert Lee. While we view the change as having a limited impact on the strategy, the departure reduces the size of an already lean team. The Below Average People and Process ratings remain unchanged.
