Pimco has announced a leadership transition within its short-term team as longtime portfolio manager Andrew Wittkop will retire on March 20, 2026, after 25 years at the firm. Effective March 6, 2026, he was removed from Pimco Short-Term, Pimco Short-Asset Investment, Pimco Enhanced Short Maturity Active ETF, and Pimco Enhanced Short Maturity Active ESG ETF. This does not affect the strategies’ High People ratings.
