MICVO consists of a fully human monoclonal antibody linked to a microtubule inhibitor payload, designed to bind within the tumor microenvironment and release its payload to kill cancer cells directly, affect nearby cells through a bystander effect, and induce immunogenic cell death, supporting enhanced anti-tumor activity.
