Review and Rebalance Your Portfolio With X-Ray’s New Holdings Breakdown

It’s been an active year in the markets. And while you regularly use Investor to monitor the effects of Wall Street’s twists and turns on your portfolio, you may be looking for a little extra perspective as you ready yourself for 2025.

If you’re planning on using the holiday season to reflect and re-evaluate your strategy, Investor’s tools and resources can give you a deeper understanding of the strength of your portfolio, right down to your individual holdings.

What X-Ray's new update can help you do

When markets shift, you may be overexposed to a given sector, or your stock/bond split could have drifted from target levels. X-Ray already gives you a clear overview of your portfolio’s position with lenses such as asset class, stock sector, stock style, and world region. With X-Ray's new update, you can now get that same in-depth analysis for individual securities, so you can quickly pinpoint how much influence singular holdings have on your overall portfolio. Whether you want to identify areas of opportunity, suss out risk, or just get a fuller picture of where you stand going into the new year, X-Ray's new holdings breakdown has you covered.

Take the new holdings breakdown for a spin

There are two ways to access any holdings breakdown within X-Ray:

1. From X-Ray's Overview page: Just look for View Breakdown in any section.

2. From the X-Ray menu: Individual X-Ray sections now include a holdings breakdown at the bottom of each page. (Note: Fixed-income style does not include a holdings breakdown at this time.)
