Ubisoft Ends Fiscal 2021 on Weak Note; 5 Major Releases Scheduled Fiscal 2022 Including 2 F2P Games

Ubisoft reported a weak end to fiscal 2021 with second-half net bookings and operating income coming in below FactSet consensus expectations. Ubisoft expects to launch three AAA titles (Far Cry 6, Rainbow Six Quarantine, and Riders Republic) in fiscal 2022 along with two free-to-play games (The Division Heartland and Roller Champions). Management is trying to move away from the AAA designation as the firm has similar expectations for its F2P games.
