MTU’s third-quarter revenue rose 14% to EUR 2.43 billion, while adjusted EBIT increased 3% to EUR 349 million, slightly below consensus. Free cash flow reached EUR 172 million. Management raised its 2026 revenue and cash-conversion outlooks, leaving EBIT guidance unchanged.
There is potential to increase share on the GTF program to about 20%-22% as a result of a long-standing partnership with Pratt & Whitney.
Further technical issues from in-service GTF engines could hit the margins and production ramp-up.
