GPT Group’s retail, office, and industrial properties generate about three fourths of recurring revenue. About 5% comes from funds management. GPT Group has some major developments in the pipeline, particularly in the industrial sector, and a number of large office projects headed toward the approval stage, but with no commitment to commence as yet.
GPT Group was listed in 1971 and is Australia's oldest listed property trust.
