Nuveen Quant Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund A Class TSMEX Strategy

The investment seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in small-cap and mid-cap equity securities. In seeking a favorable long-term total return, it will invest in securities that the fund's investment adviser believes have favorable prospects for significant long-term capital appreciation potential. The fund may purchase foreign equity securities, denominated in U.S. dollars or in non-U.S. dollar currencies, and equity securities issued in connection with reorganizations and other special situations.
