Seix's long-tenured leveraged finance team stands out from rival shops. George Goudelias heads the group and has led Virtus Seix Floating Rate Income since its March 2006 inception. Comanager Vincent Flanagan and head of leveraged loan trading Eric Guevara round out this management roster; they have comanaged the strategy since 2011 and 2019, respectively. This trio averages 31 years of industry experience, and each has been with Seix for more than two decades.
