Strategy

The investment seeks to provide current income; capital appreciation is a secondary objective. The fund invests primarily in securities, including high-yield corporate bonds, convertible bonds, and other debt securities, that are rated below investment grade by nationally recognized statistical ratings organizations at the time of purchase or, if unrated, have been determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.
