David Rowlett, associate manager of T. Rowe Price U.S. Large-Cap Core since 2020, will step off on Dec. 31, 2021. The firm previously announced that the fund's longtime manager Jeff Rottinghaus will retire in April 2022. Those two departures will leave veteran sector manager Shawn Driscoll in charge. He has been with the fund since September 2021 and will have to establish his own record. Driscoll will be able to draw on T. Rowe Price's robust and experienced central analyst team, but the fund retains its Morningstar Analyst Rating of Neutral.
