IShares MSCI EAFE International Index should do well over the long run. It captures a large portion of the overseas stock market in a cost-effective way. While cheaper than many funds in the category, the A and P share classes no longer have the same low fee edge that they once did. As a result, we are downgrading their Morningstar Analyst Ratings to Bronze from Silver, while the relatively inexpensive K and Institutional share classes retain their Silver ratings.
