Dodge & Balanced is managed by a capable and experienced team that continues to evolve this strategy’s investment approach to better investor outcomes. The strategy is guided by the Dodge & Cox Fund Investment Committee, which was created in May 2022 and brings together senior equity, fixed-income, and quantitative investors, all of whom invest more than USD 1 million in the fund. That alignment strengthens shareholder interests, while the committee benefits from broad input through bottom-up equity research, credit analysis, and quantitative oversight. Still, most security-selection and risk-sizing decisions remain largely within the underlying equity and fixed-income sleeves, limiting the committee's role as a truly integrated multi-asset allocator.
