On April 15, 2024, Buffalo added Josh West and Doug Cartwright to the management team of Buffalo Discovery. The managers will join longtime manager Dave Carlsen at the helm. Carlsen was the lone remaining manager of the strategy following the unexpected passing of manager Jamie Cuellar in May 2023.
