On July 12, 2024, Alger amended the prospectuses for Alger Small Cap Focus and Alger Mid Cap Focus, changing expense ratios on each fund’s I share class. Though the moves are meaningfully higher, the funds (including their affected I share classes) retain their Morningstar Medalist Ratings.
