Capital Group veteran municipal manager Chad Rach will transition out of American Funds Tax-Exempt Bond on Oct. 1, 2023. The firm will publicly name Lee Chu as a portfolio manager at that time. Comanagers Courtney K. Wolf and Karl J. Zeile will remain on the strategy with Chu.
