Global X Ethereum Covered Call ETF EHCC Strategy

The investment seeks to provide current income while also providing exposure to the price return of one or more U.S. listed exchange-traded products that provide exposure to ether. The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to provide current income while also providing exposure to the price return of one or more U.S.-listed ETPs that seek exposure to ether, subject to a cap on potential investment gains. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in assets providing direct or indirect exposure to ether (“Ether”). The fund is non-diversified.
