Taboola’s core product is a performance-based advertising widget that monetizes inventory by placing native ads on webpages and in partner applications. Native advertisements are ads designed to match the format of the surrounding content, and they often feature “As Seen On The Web” banners. Taboola's revenue is a function of engagement on the open web, cost-per-thousand impressions (CPMs), and negotiated take rates with Publishers.
