Centuria Industrial: Vacant Warehouse Sale Removes a Leasing Headache; Rent Reversion Still Strong

Centuria Industrial reaffirmed fiscal 2027 guidance for funds from operations of AUD 18.8 cents-AUD 19.2 cents per unit and distributions of AUD 17.3 cents, 3% higher than fiscal 2026. In the September quarter, it agreed lease terms over 25,000 square meters, with re-leasing spreads averaging 31%.
