The Group has two strategic areas that constitute the Group’s reportable segments. Both segments are active in the field of stem cell banking, but differ in their organizational and operational structure with separate financial information. The products and services of the two segments correspond to the service portfolios of the two subgroups PBKM and Vita 34. It operates in Germany, Spain, and other international countries, of which maximum revenue is derived from the business operations in Germany.
