American Environmental Partners Inc Formerly American Energy Partners Inc is an American conglomerate holding company comprised of nine subsidiaries that provide shareholder value through the acquisition and growth of energy assets, energy, and infrastructure services, and the design, build, and operations of regional water treatment facilities. The Company has two operating business segments, consisting of oil and natural gas sales from its wells through Gilbert Oil and Gas (GOG), Oil and Gas Management (OGM), and Dahlmont, and environmental services provided by AMS, UES, and APEX.
