eREX Co Ltd is an energy group that handles everything from fuel procurement to power generation and electricity retail. The Group operates by integrating the following businesses: Electricity Retail, Power Generation, Fuel Business, Trading Business, and Overseas Business. Maximum revenue is derived from the Electricity Retail Business, in which the Group enters into electricity supply and demand contracts with customers and identifies the continuous supply of electricity during the contract period as a performance obligation. The Power Generation business generates energy using biomass such as palm kernel shells and wood pellets as fuel; the Fuel business is engaged in procuring and supplying biomass fuel to its clients; and the Trading business trades electricity through bulk contracts.
