Kathy Chan, CFA, is an equity analyst for Morningstar.* She covers the Asian real estate sector with a focus on Hong Kong landlords and creates quarterly market insights and the monthly quantitative Asia pick list. Chan also provides support to analysts covering other Asian real estate and financials companies.
Before joining Morningstar in 2020, Chan was an intern for Morningstar Manager Research, after which she joined a sell-side firm as an intern, assisting in the research of companies in the oil and gas sector.
Chan holds a Bachelor of Science in quantitative finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
