NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Crux Labs, the first platform to turn enterprise judgment into continuous agent improvement, today emerged from stealth and announced a $6+ million oversubscribed funding round. The round was co-led by Benchstrength and Misneach, with participation from Analog Ventures and Pareto Holdings. Crux will use the funding to expand its research and engineering efforts while accelerating deployments with enterprise customers.
Today, companies from start-ups to the Fortune 500 are deploying AI agents at scale without a reliable way to measure and improve their performance. Many teams sample just 1% of agent traces for manual review, missing many of the failures that live at the tails of a broad distribution. Existing observability platforms make agent traces easier for humans to inspect but fail to monitor and improve agent performance across millions of user interactions. The result is customer frustration, engineering teams mired in support tickets, and ultimately revenue churn.
