EATONTOWN, N.J., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, today broke ground on The Premiere at Monmouth, a new community of single-family homes and townhomes within the 1,226-acre Fort Monmouth redevelopment. Rising on a site that sat vacant for more than two decades, the community will introduce new homeownership opportunities as the former U.S. Army installation transforms into a vibrant destination to live, work and play. With convenient access to shopping, dining, entertainment and employment opportunities, The Premiere at Monmouth will feature 32 single-family homes and 188 townhomes. Sales are anticipated to begin in late fall 2026.
Lennar New Jersey–New York Division leaders joined Eatontown Mayor Anthony Talerico Jr. and municipal and community representatives for the ceremonial groundbreaking, marking a milestone in the continued transformation of Fort Monmouth into a destination.
