Nearly 1,000 Members Secure Improved Wages, Benefits, and Workplace Protections
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nearly 1,000 San Francisco parking attendants with Teamsters Local 665 have overwhelmingly ratified a new four-year master contract.

The contract covers over 300 off-street parking locations throughout San Francisco operated by Reimagined Parking & IMCO, SP+, ABM Parking Services, LAZ Parking of California, Propark America, ACE Parking Management, Platinum Parking, Parking Concepts Inc., Douglas Parking, SPARK Servies, Civic Parking, 555 California Garage, and Pacific Park Management.
"Our members have once again raised the bar for parking industry workers throughout the Bay Area," said Tony Delorio, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 665. "This contract rewards their hard work with significant improvements in pay, benefits, and workplace protections while ensuring these jobs remain good union jobs for years to come. Overall, our members were able to ratify the richest master parking contract in the United States, and that is something they deserve."
Members were able to secure a 17 percent wage increase over the life of the contract, fully employer-paid health care, a 24 percent boost in pension contributions, and a 55 percent increase to 401(k) contributions. The agreement also adds a paid holiday, provides an additional sick day, and strengthens workplace protections.
"This contract gives workers like me confidence that our hard work is being recognized," said Arthur Hilmore, a LAZ parking attendant and 25-year member of Local 665. "The wage increases, retirement improvements, and stronger benefits will make a real difference for us and our families. Thank you to the leadership of Local 665 for making sure that we got what we've earned."
