WASHINGTON, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces today the posting of the product recalls and safety warnings listed below on www.cpsc.gov.

Pacearth Direct Recalls PACEARTH Swing Seats Due to Risk of Serious Injury from Fall Hazard
- Units: 110,550
- Incidents/Injuries: Pacearth Direct has received at least 30 reports of falls, resulting in at least nine injuries, including fractures, head injuries and bruising.
- Units: 42,860
- Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 19 reports of incidents involving the trimmer mowers catching fire, including two reports of minor injuries such as blisters on hands and feet.
- Units: 12,078
- Units: 100
- Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received one report of lava rocks exploding with one report of minor property damage. No injuries have been reported.
- Units: 3,630
- Units: 2,140
- Units: 1,150
- Units: 476
- Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received three reports of the magnets detaching.
