PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GenServe, a leading independent provider of backup power solutions for commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure applications, announced four recently completed acquisitions, further expanding its geographic reach and technical capabilities. D Square Energy establishes GenServe's first presence in the Pacific Northwest, while Static Power extends its uninterruptible power supply (UPS) capabilities to the East Coast. Orland-based Alternative Power Solutions and Houston-based 1st Class Generator Services further deepen GenServe's technician base and service capabilities in those markets.
Entering the Pacific Northwest
The acquisition of Seattle-based D Square Energy establishes GenServe's presence in the Pacific Northwest. D Square Energy brings experienced technicians and established customer relationships to GenServe's national service network, creating a foundation for serving customers across the region. Furthermore, D Square Energy's customers will gain access to GenServe's broad suite of power solutions while preserving the local relationships they rely on.
"Becoming part of GenServe gives our team access to an impressive set of tools, systems, and technical resources," said Todd Plant, Owner of D Square Energy. "Our customers will benefit from that added support without losing the responsiveness they've always counted on."
Expanding UPS Expertise on the East Coast
New Jersey-based Static Power adds UPS system maintenance, repair, and distribution services to GenServe's East Coast operations. The addition of Static Power's leading UPS technicians and advanced engineering capabilities will allow GenServe to offer customers end-to-end emergency power solutions including generator, transfer switch, systems integration, and UPS services. Static Power's customers will continue to benefit from its specialized team and expertise.
"Static Power has spent years focused on the details that keep critical systems running without interruption," said Charles Vitale, President of Static Power. "Joining GenServe lets us bring that specialized expertise to a much larger customer base, backed by a national platform."
Growing in Florida and Texas
GenServe also acquired Orland-based Alternative Power Solutions and Houston-based 1st Class Generator Services, adding critical technician capacity and local expertise to GenServe's growing network.
"GenServe continues to invest in its technicians, engineering capabilities, and back-office functionality so that our customers' critical power infrastructure remains safe," said Erik Leto, CEO of GenServe. "We are thrilled to partner with the exceptional teams at D Square Energy, Static Power, Alternative Power Solutions, and 1st Class Generator Services to deliver more capabilities across more locations while protecting the local relationships our customers rely on."
