Healthcare workforce and SaaS leader Mike Earman joins Noodle's Scholars Network to deepen partnerships between health systems and the schools that educate their workforce.
NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Scholars Network, part of Noodle, today announced that Mike Earman has joined the organization as Vice President, Health System Partnerships. In the role, Earman will lead Scholars Network's work with health systems nationwide, helping them build sustainable clinical talent pipelines in partnership with the colleges and universities that educate the healthcare workforce.
Earman brings more than a decade of experience working with healthcare providers. He joins the Scholars Network team from Laudio, a leading AI-enabled operating platform helping health systems proactively engage and retain their workforce. Under his leadership, the business grew from startup to serving over 150 hospitals nationwide before being acquired by Ascend Learning in 2025.
Before Laudio, Earman spent eight years at Relias, a leading provider of healthcare education technology and analytics, where he held progressive roles serving health and human services providers as well as hospitals. There, he helped build and scale the company's entry into enterprise health system partnerships through more than a dozen strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Earman's experience gives him a deep understanding of the pressures health systems face in recruiting, developing, and retaining clinical staff. It is a perspective he now brings to Scholars Network's mission of bridging the gap between healthcare employers and the schools that supply their workforce.
"I've spent my whole career working with health systems on solutions that make a real difference for the people providing care, and every year it becomes harder for them to find and keep those people," said Earman. "Health systems are often spending more to recruit and retain nurses and clinicians than it costs to educate them in the first place. Scholars Network and Noodle sit right in the middle of that problem. With Scholars Network, health systems get a sustainable way to build the workforce they need, students get a clear and affordable path into a career in healthcare, and schools get the insight to grow the programs their communities need most."
Earman earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He lives on the coast of North Carolina with his wife and two daughters.
