PITTSBURGH, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- "As a commercial driver, I thought there could be a better way to illuminate and increase visibility of the danger zone in front of the vehicle," said an inventor, from Fridley, Minn., "so I invented the COMMERCIAL TRUCK SAFETY LIGHT. My design would be easy to mount, and it allows drivers to easily see at least 2 car lengths ahead of the commercial vehicle."

The patent-pending invention provides a commercial vehicle safety product designed to offer a visible proximity warning for drivers. In doing so, it prevents other vehicles from cutting off commercial vehicles too closely. It also prevents commercial drivers from following too closely. As a result, it helps prevent collisions. The invention features an innovative and waterproof design that is easy to use so it is ideal for the owners and drivers of commercial vehicles. Additionally, a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.
The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
