NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Moore Law, PLLC, a shareholder litigation law firm located on Wall Street, is investigating potential claims against the officers and directors of Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRCB):

What is the Investigation About?

Black Rock Coffee Bar operates drive-through coffee shops offering coffee, tea, energy drinks, and other beverages. The investigation concerns whether the company, or certain of its officers, made misleading statements or failed to disclose material information regarding its store-expansion strategy.

The company promoted a "concentric circle" expansion model and represented that it could increase the number of stores within existing markets while limiting the transfer of sales from established locations. It is alleged that new store openings were instead diverting customers and revenue from existing stores and that this "sales transfer" was negatively affecting the company's same-store sales growth and financial results.

On May 12, 2026, Black Rock Coffee reported its financial results for the first quarter of 2026, including same-store sales growth of 5.2%, compared with 9.2% during the same quarter of the prior year. The company also reported revenue of approximately $55.5 million, missing consensus estimates, and acknowledged that its increased store density was causing some sales to transfer from existing locations to newly opened stores.

On this news, Black Rock Coffee's stock price fell $3.32 per share, or approximately 30.3%, to close at $7.65 per share on May 13, 2026.
