Partners to showcase their jointly developed solution at the Oracle Health Summit
SEATTLE, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- UT Medical and TransformativeMed today announced a development partnership focused on Agentic Discharge Planning, a solution the organizations are building together to transform one of the most complex and resource-intensive processes in acute care. This represents the latest innovation of the CORES Platform, an Agentic Clinical Operating System.

The collaboration brings together UT Medical clinical operations expertise and TransformativeMed's agentic AI capabilities to streamline discharge planning and reduce burden on care teams. The partners will showcase the solution together at the Oracle Health Summit, September 22–24, 2026.
"This partnership is about moving healthcare AI from promise to practice," said Dr. John "Clay" Callison, Jr., Chief Medical Information Officer at UT Medical. "Discharge planning was the right place to start because the stakes and the complexity are so high."
"Discharge planning touches nearly every part of a health system, and it's exactly the kind of high-friction workflow agentic AI was built to transform," said David Stone, CEO of TransformativeMed. "Partnering with UT Medical means building this alongside the clinicians who live these workflows every day."
