The technology and marketing staffing firm earns its fourth consecutive place on the list, and its strongest ranking to date.
HOUSTON, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CRB Workforce has been named No. 2,277 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine's annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The placement reflects 148% revenue growth over three years and marks the fourth consecutive year CRB Workforce has made the list.
It is also CRB Workforce's best ranking in four appearances. The firm placed No. 2,775 in 2023, No. 3,336 in 2024, and No. 3,137 in 2025, moving up 860 positions this year.
"This is a testament to the people at CRB Workforce who show up every day and do the work that makes this possible," said Sam Brenner, Founder and CEO of CRB Workforce. "Four consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list doesn't happen without a team that's fully bought in, and I couldn't be prouder of what we've built together."
Fewer than one in ten companies that make the Inc. 5000 return for four straight years. The list ranks private, independent, U.S.-based companies by percentage revenue growth over a three-year period, which means a company has to keep compounding to stay on it.
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, CRB Workforce places technical and non-technical talent across technology, product, and marketing functions on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire terms. The company reported $20 million in 2025 revenue and a 35.6% compound annual growth rate from 2021 through 2025.
The growth has come alongside a broader push into cost-flexible delivery. CRB+, the firm's nearshore offering, gives clients access to vetted talent in aligned time zones at 40% to 60% below comparable U.S. rates, which has drawn demand from companies under pressure to keep building through tighter budgets.
The Inc. 5000 recognition follows CRB Workforce's ranking earlier this month at No. 20 overall and No. 7 for IT Staffing Firms on the Staffing Industry Analysts' 2026 list of the fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms. The company has also been named to the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For List.
