SANDUSKY, Ohio, July 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:CIVB) ("Civista") announces that the Board of Directors has approved and declared a quarterly dividend of 18 cents per common share, consistent with the prior quarter, to shareholders of record as of August 14, 2026, payable on August 18, 2026.

This dividend represents a payout of approximately $3.7 million. Based on the Civista's closing stock price of $28.22 on June 30, 2026, the quarterly dividend produces an annualized yield of 2.55%.
