PITTSBURGH, April 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 6, 2024.
