SANDUSKY, Ohio, April 26, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:CIVB) ("Civista") announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 16 cents per common share to shareholders of record May 7, 2024, payable May 22, 2024.
This dividend represents a payout of approximately $2.5 million. Based on the Civista's closing stock price of common shares of $15.35 on April 24, 2024, the quarterly dividend produces an annualized yield of 4.17%.
