NEW YORK, March 20, 2024
NEW YORK, March 20, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's Class A and Common Stock for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024. The dividend is payable on June 17, 2024, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2024.
