FENTON, Mich., April 26, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fentura Financial, Inc. (OTCQX: FETM) has announced a regular dividend of $0.11 per share for shareholders of record as of May 6, 2024, and payable May 13, 2024.
