HCA Healthcare Chief Clinical Officer Michael Cuffe to Depart

HCA Healthcare said it has reached an agreement with Michael Cuffe that he will step down as executive vice president and chief clinical officer of the healthcare-services company at the end of August.
HCA on Thursday said Cuffe, who joined the Nashville, Tenn., company in 2011 and has been in his current post since the start of 2022, will stay on in a transitional role until February 2027.
HCA said Cuffe will be eligible to receive benefits according to the company's executive severance policy and applicable incentive plans.
Cuffe received a base salary of $980,000 and total compensation of $5.7 million in 2025.
