PureCycle Technologies Slides on Offerings of Stock and Convertible Notes

Shares of PureCycle Technologies slipped after plastic recycling company announced a $145 million stock offering and $250 million sale of convertible senior notes due 2032.
The stock fell 14%, to $8.51, after hours Wednesday.
The company plans to use proceeds from the stock and notes offerings for purposes such as repurchasing 7.25% green convertible notes due 2030 and working capital.
During the regular session, PureCycle shares posted their fourth consecutive decline, ending the day down 8.4% to $9.89. As of the market close, the stock was up 15% this year.
