Balfour Beatty Appoints BAE Systems' Financial Controller as New CFO After Harrison Steps Down

Balfour Beatty said Myles Westcott, currently group financial controller at BAE Systems, would replace Phil Harrison, who will step down as chief financial officer later this year.

The U.K. infrastructure company said Tuesday that Harrison, after holding the position for more than 10 years, will remain a director of the company and stay on in an advisory capacity for four months to ensure a smooth transition.

Westcott has more than 30 years of finance leadership experience , including almost 25 years at the U.K defense company. He will receive a salary of 530,000 pounds ($715,023) and a pension allowance of 7%, Balfour Beatty added.
