Utilities Up on Defensive Demand — Utilities Roundup

The SPDR Select Sector Utilities exchange-traded fund, which tracks the utilities industry group of the S&P 500, rose 2.5% this week to test all-time highs.

Shares of hydrogen-energy concern Plug Power surged, rising by more than one third and adding to recent gains after analysts at brokerage HC Wainwright boosted their price target on the company's shares.
