Amazon Introduces New Private Label Food Brand

Amazon launched a new private label food brand called Amazon Grocery as part of its continued push into the fresh food market.
The company said the brand would feature 1,000 items, most priced under $5.
Amazon is currently undertaking a massive expansion of its grocery business.
The company said in August it launched same-day grocery-delivery service in 1,000 cities and would extend the service to 2,300 locations by the end of the year.
