Bragg Gaming Gets $6 Million in New Financing from BMO
By Dean Seal
Bragg Gaming Group has secured a financing deal with Bank of Montreal that provides it with up to $6 million in credit facilities.
The maker of technology and content for the online gambling industry said Friday that in connection with the new financing, it has fully paid off its previous debt and now has a major commercial bank to support its growth.
"The ability to secure financing from a major North American bank underscores the confidence in our business and our long-term growth prospects," said Chief Financial Officer Robbie Bressler.
Based on the terms of the new financing deal, Bragg's management believes the company's borrowing costs will be less than half of what they were under the previous debt arrangement.
Shares ticked up 1.5% to $2.71 in midday trading.
