Figure Technology Expects IPO Size of 26.32 Million Shares at $18 to $20 Each

Figure Technology Solutions expects its initial public offering will total 26.32 million shares at a price between $18 and $20 each.
The blockchain-based lender founded by former SoFi Chief Executive Mike Cagney expects to sell 21.46 million shares and anticipates selling stockholders will offer 4.85 million.
Figure, which filed for its IPO under the FT Intermediate name, was valued at $3.2 billion as of July 2021. The largest shareholders include DCM, with 11.3% of the company's Class A shares, and Ribbit Capital, with 10.9%, according to a filing Tuesday.
The company's operations include Figure Connect, a consumer credit marketplace, and Democratized Prime, an on-chain lend-borrow marketplace, and YLDS, a yield-bearing stablecoin.
Figure has applied for a Nasdaq Global Select Market listing under symbol FIGR.
