XP Names Victor Mansur to Succeed CFO Bruno Constantino
By Robb M. Stewart
XP is promoting Victor Mansur to succeed long-serving Chief Financial Officer Bruno Constantino.
The company said Friday that Mansur--currently deputy CFO--will take on the new role effective Aug. 1.
Mansur joined the technology and financial products provider in 2012. He has been a member of XP's finance team, reporting directly to Constantino since 2022.
Constantino, a board member and CFO of the company since late 2019, will support XP in an advisory role for a 12-month period after the transition and will remain a member of XP's board.
