--The Federal Trade Commission is preparing to sue Tapestry's $8.5 billion takeover of Capri Holdings to block the deal, The New York Times Dealbook reports, citing two sources familiar with the matter.
--The FTC's five commissioners are set to meet next week to discuss the case and potentially vote on whether to file a lawsuit, The New York Times Dealbook reports, adding that the agency could still decide not to sue.
