Zara Owner Inditex Posts Higher Sales

The owner of Zara clothing stores Inditex said that sales grew for the final quarter of its fiscal year, as collections were well received by customers.
The Spanish fashion group said Wednesday that it booked sales of 10.34 billion euros ($11.30 billion) for the quarter ended Jan. 31, up from EUR9.51 billion in the year-earlier period.
This came broadly in line with analysts' prospects of EUR10.35 billion, according to a poll of estimates compiled by FactSet.
