JD.com Considers Offer to Buy Currys

JD.com said it is in very early stages of a possible offer to buy U.K. electronics retailer Currys, without disclosing further details.
In a response to press speculation, the Chinese e-commerce company said Monday that there can be no certainty that any offer will be made for Currys.
